How is the food packaged for shipping?

Our meats are fully cooked, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen to lock in flavor. We ship orders in insulated coolers with dry ice to ensure everything stays at a safe temperature during transit.

When will my order arrive?

We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Orders typically arrive within 1-2 days of shipment depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Can I return food products?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.

How do I reheat my barbecue?

Each order includes a detailed reheating guide. Generally, we recommend using a conventional oven or stovetop water bath (sous vide style) to maintain the moisture and tenderness of the meat.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Many of our meats and our signature barbecue sauces are gluten-free. However, please note that our facility is not a certified gluten-free environment, and cross-contamination can occur.
